Operating Model

The Foundation consists of members at three different levels:

  1. BulletExecutive Board - these are two year terms with the exception of the Presidency which is one year.

  2. BulletTrustee - these are three year terms.  Trustees have full voting rights, voting on the grants selected by the Grant Committee as well as membership status.

  3. BulletAssociate Trustee - These are non-voting members of the Foundation.  Generally new members are Associates for a year before being put up for vote to Trustee.  Prior Trustees can also continue on as Associates as well.
